Cafe Don Claudio is a signiture Micro-lot produced by CoopAgri, 
named in honour of Don Claudio - the cooperative's founding president who campaigned unity and resilliance among coffee growers in the 1950's + 60's.

The Cherries come from young coffee plantations, between 3 and 5 years into active production, chosen for thier vigour and high cup quality potential.

We have designed this bean to be a beautiful pour over coffee. V60 CHEMEX
