Grown in rich volcanic soils at extreme altitudes, the beans mature slowly, locking in dense sugars and intense flavour.
A beautifully clean cup featuring bright citrus acidity, smooth caramel sweetness, and a crisp, lingering finish. Perfect for those who appreciate a sophisticated, origin-driven brew.
A coffee that's rich and chocolatey but offers something more complex than a standard blend. It has a beautiful malty sweetness and a unique nut brittle note.
This single-origin coffee is frequently utilized by local roasters and featured in national events like the Aotearoa Cup Tasters Championship
