Our Ulya Bothy is a welcome winter warmer. Chocolatey to start with notes of stewed fruits and warming spices, a creamy finish and low acidity. 
Sourced from the high-altitude Waghi Valley, this premium PNG Ulya Estate lot showcases the exceptional clarity of a fully washed coffee. It opens with an inviting fragrance of baker's chocolate leading into a smooth, full-bodied cup layered with deep notes of dark chocolate, stewed plum, and Spices.
Perfectly balanced with a clean finish.
